Services that can be provided.

Including, but not limited to:

• Inspection and risk assessment of sites. This could be on a periodic basis or following a major security incident. A written report would be submitted with recommendations including any enhancements to the layout or existing physical and electronic security. In addition, any deficiencies in security procedures that were evident during the inspection would be noted.

• Recommendations at all stages of any renovation or fit-out of new points of representation, including the design of physical and electronic security systems. Project management, including inspection and commissioning of any new equipment.

• Review of existing security policy, standards and procedures.

• Provision of robbery risk reduction programs, staff robbery training instructions and emergency procedures.

• Analysis of previous security incidents to establish trends. Devise, introduce and monitor programs to reduce security incidents.

• Setting up contracts for security services, contractor liaison and management.
