In the event of a change of authorised representative, ECN will need to be given the new customer contact information.
Please forward to ECN by either fax to 1300 790 112 or by post to ECN atPO BOX 634 Toowong DC, QLD 4066 with the following information:
* ECN Customer ID number, as located on your monthly ECN Invoice
* Details of the new authorised company respresentative
* Contact details and signature of the person signing the letter. This party must be a director of the company.
In the event that the change of authorised representative is due to the sale of a business or company, than ECN will require a letter from both the incoming and outgoing parties confirming the change of contacts or both parties can complete and return our change of ownership form which is available for download by clicking here.
