Freedom to Surf Conditions
*Freedom to surf plan requires a connection fee of $10.00 and is for use between midnight and midday and for the use of one person only. Usage outside these times will be charged at $2.50 per hour. Web space can be purchased at $5.00 per month. Support is by fax and e-mail during business hours. Freedom to surf is billed quarterly. Other conditions may apply, for details?contact ECN.
